Frequently Asked Questions.

This section is designed to help answer questions you may have about using the Online Store.

How much will I be charged for delivery?

Deliveries to UK addresses - £3.50
Deliveries to Europe - £6.00
Deliveries to the Rest of the World - £12.00

When will my order be processed?

Once an order has been placed via the official website, you will be sent a confirmation e-mail.

We then aim to process and despatch your order within 5 working days.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

All UK orders are despatched by Royal Mail First Class Post. Royal Mail aim to deliver items the next day, but do quote up to 10 days for delivery.

All orders to Europe and the Rest of the World are sent by Air Mail. Royal Mail aim to deliver items within 2 weeks but do quote up to 6 weeks.

How can I pay for my order?

We accept all major credit cards (except Diners). We also accept all major debit cards such as Switch and Solo.

What happens if I want to exchange or return an item?

If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase(s), simply send them back to the following address:

Is it possible to check the availability of an item?

We endeavour to ensure only items (and sizes) held in stock appear in the Online Store; we will, of course, inform you if an item that you've ordered has gone out of stock.

Should you wish to confirm the availability of an item before you order, please use the Shop Contact Form (opens in a new window).

What happens if I do order something that is out of stock?

Harlequins do not take any money from your card until the order has been confirmed as in stock. Where elements of your order are not in stock, we will contact you to ask how you wish to proceed.

Can I collect items which I have ordered online in person?

Unfortunately this is not possible, as we do not have the necessary storage space. All orders that are placed online will be despatched by post.
