HI Harlequins supporters! Well two huge wins against Zebre; great stuff for us fans who don't get a chance to watch.
First off the school has reached the end of term, and will not be starting again until February. A lot of the children have disappeared to travel away and the classes were so small they all got put together.
Apart from that I had a busy week with two huge events for Tatui's progression. Firstly we had an event for helping to teach teachers rugby with some basic games and presentations. 45 teachers spent five hours with me working through a six week simple plan to help them introduce the game to their students.
The final event of the year was a tournament against Itape, which is a nearby city. Adults and future athletes took part in trying to see who could be the champions in a local derby. I am pleased to say that Tatui came out top in everything, but in the instance of fair play, Itape were awarded second place for being great sportsmen and a great team to play against.
I have to say my last day for this year in SESI was really fun. We spent all the lessons in the pool again with some rugby balls just having fun and being silly to finish off a great start to the project.
I'm off on my holidays now so merry Christmas to everyone and a Happy New Year. I am back to SESI on 7th January so my blogs will continue shortly after.
Thanks for reading
Tchau
