Wasps too strong for Quins

It was probably a good thing that the Allied Dunbar Player of the Month, Gareth Rees, was presented with his champagne before the kick off. Nobody in the Quins camp felt like celebrating after the final whistle, and a 16-52 point defeat at the hands of London Wasps.
After the game, Director of Rugby, John Gallagher, said,"It's just impossible to explain... Quins' yo-yo season continues"
Wasps' Nigel Melville, on the other hand, put his team's excellent performance down to the Heineken Cup. Wasps are the only english club with a 100% undefeated record in the european competition, and they appear to have found a dramatic new confidence in their domestic rugby as a result.
