NEC Harlequins make five changes to the side that started against Northampton Saints last Friday (2nd May 2003) for this Saturday's (10th May 2003) game against London Wasps at Adams Park in the Zurich Premiership, kick-off 3.00pm.
Ugo Monye starts on the wing, with Ben Gollings dropping to the bench. Chris Bell replaces the rested Will Greenwood in the centre and Matthew Powell starts at scrum half ahead of Scott Bemand.
In the pack, James Hayter makes his first start at hooker in place of Tani Fuga, while in the second row Karl Rudzki comes in for Bill Davison, who is also rested.
After recovering from a shoulder injury that has kept him out of the game since late December, Pat Sanderson returns and is amongst the replacements.
"This is a huge game for both teams," said Mark Evans, NEC Harlequins Chief Executive. "After our disappointing performance last week, we still have to secure our place in the Wild Card play-off's and unless we get a result at Adams Park this Saturday, then we will be relying upon results elsewhere in the Premiership."
"Wasps are playing very well at the moment and they will be looking to guarantee a home slot in the Zurich Championship semi-final. So there is a lot to play for, which will give the supporters of both teams much to cheer for on Saturday."
