Premier Rugby have announced this afternoon (2nd May 2003) that the first leg of both Zurich Wild Card play-off semi-final's will take place on Wednesday 14th May 2003, kick-off 7.45pm. NEC Harlequins will be in action at the Stoop that night should they finish in either seventh or eighth place in the Premiership table.
If Quins finish seventh, then they will play the team finishing sixth in the table, though if they end up in eighth place, then they will take on the club who finishes fifth.
Seeing that the final table positions will not be decided until the last round of matches have taken place next Saturday (10th May 2003), then Quins will not know until then whether or not we are in the play-off's and who we will be playing.
However, tickets for the semi-final are set to go on sale next week (week commencing Monday 5th May 2003), though keep an eye on this website for the latest news on this.
For the record, Quins away second leg in the Wild Card semi-finals would take place on Sunday 18th May 2003.
