There is still time to register for NEC Harlequins <strong>'Dance Summer School'</strong> being run by Harley's Angels Dance Academy from <strong>Monday 11th to Friday 15th August 2003</strong> at the Stoop Memorial Ground.
The Summer School will cover a variety of styles in modern dance, including Hip Hop, Street and Freestyle, as well as more traditional styles, such as Jazz. We welcome boys and girls of all abilities, aged between 7 and 18 years-old.
Throughout the week, pupils will learn modern dance styles and will have the opportunity to take part in outdoor activities in the afternoon. The week culminates in a Dance Showcase, performed in front of family and friends.
After the Friday evening performance pupils will be presented with certificates by Quins squad members, and awards will be given to the most improved and hardworking pupils.
Pupils will also be invited to perform the dance showcase during half-time at Quins first Zurich Premiership home game of the season, which is against London Wasps on Saturday 13th September 2003, kick-off 2.45pm.
The sessions will be divided into two age groups (7 to 11 year-olds and 12 to 18 years-olds) with both groups covering all aspects of the course.
