There are a few things going on over Christmas and into the first few weeks of January that we wanted our supporters to know about.
Firstly though, the Quins Office will be closed from 24th December and will only re-open on Monday 5th January 2004 at 9am. The shop is also closed over this time.
Any vouchers for the 2-for-1 Season Ticket holders' offer for the Parker Pen Challenge Cup match on Saturday 24th January will be processed if they are received by first post on Monday 5th January.
We have two Away Zurich Premiership Matches over the Christmas period - away to Gloucester on Saturday 27th December (ko 3pm) and away to Newcastle Falcons on Sunday 4th January (ko 2.30pm). Both matches are sold out, and we advise you to call the Clubs directly in case of any return tickets.
In January 2004, we have the home and away matches for Round 2 of the Parker Pen Challenge Cup against Montauban taking place. Away - Sat 10th Jan; Home - Sat 17th Jan 3pm. Tickets for the Away leg will be available from Montauban on the day of the match and all Quins supporters will be situated together. (For more details please see the separate article on this match).
We also play host to the Natal Sharks on Tuesday 27th January, ko 7.45pm. Tickets will be available for this match in the New Year. This promises to be an exciting match against our Southern hemisphere friends and we invite all Quins and SA rugby supporters to join us for the evening.
Quinssa also have an 'Evening with Tony Spreadbury' on Tuesday 6th January 2004, East Stand of the Stoop Memorial Ground. Doors open 7pm, event starts 8pm. This event is free to Quinssa members, however all members wanting to come should email prof@quinssa.org.uk to register their attendance. More information can be obtained from that email too.
The BPA Raffle drawn on 13th Dec raised over £6,000 for the charity. Thank you to all of you who bought tickets. This is enough to send one athlete to the Paralympics in September 2004 - which is a great achievement.
Everyone at Quins wishes all our supporters a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year and look forward to seeing you all in 2004!
