NEC Harlequins Dunne well in a 30 -16 win at Leeds Tykes.
31 October 2003 23:40pm
The first half was dominated by errors and penalities, as neither side managed to establish a platform. The teams went in at half time 9-9 with Andy Dunne contributing all the points.
The second half started with Christophers crossing for the home side. However a response was quick with Dunne crossing the line and adding the extras, to level the scores 16 - 16.
Perhaps the luck was with the Quins tonight, as Chris Bell touched down from a kick through and right on the final whistle Simon Keogh intercepted a last ditch Leeds atttack to score from long range. The score ended 30-16.
During week commencing 22nd April Harlequins will launch an innovative, new Membership Scheme which will replace the existing Season Ticket Holder Programme. Further details of the scheme will be announced in due course.
