My routine usually consists of making a drink of Gatorade with a little amount of dyrolyte added to get a little water into me before the game. I also stretch, and usually get my gear unpacked ready to go; after this we have a team meeting or chat before we go onto the pitch.
Q8) Who do you support?
A8) Well, I'm not a football fan and my favourite rugby team is Quins, however when I was younger I used to support the Tigers. I actually recently went to watch a game to see how they're doing.
Q9) If you had a superpower what would it be and why?
A9) I would have to say to be able to breathe underwater because I love swimming and Scuba driving .
Q10) If you were trapped on a desert island and could only take 3 items what would they be and why?
A10) I would bring Daryl Marfo for company, a lighter to light a fire and Cheryl Cole to keep me warm.
Q11) What's your worst ever chat-up line ?
A 11) Asking a girl if she has got any ice in her drink, I would then clench my bicep and say because my bicep was hurting or was swollen, I would then get the girl to rub the ice on it!
