Quins started the month of December on a downer with a devastating loss to Saracens at Vicarage Road despite a strong start to the game with George Lowe scoring a try just 4 minutes in.
Tom Guest put in a great performance in the 3^rd round of the Amlin Challenge Cup at home against Connacht Rugby, with his blistering pace he streaked up the pitch, drawing the defense, scoring the first try of the game and setting up the second. The team then travelled to Galway to gain their 2^nd win against Connacht in less than a week. Nick Evans took the advantage for Quins in the early stages of the game with a successful penalty just 4 minutes in and then continued on form to complete 4 more penalties which kept Quins on top throughout.
The team and it's thousands of supporters then went over the road to see Quins take on London Irish at Twickenham for the Big Game 3. George Robson was named Man of the Match for his athleticism in the line outs and powerhouse scrummaging in the second row and George Lowe's late try, wrapped up the show to send Quins fans home in good spirits and provide a thrilling end for the 74,212 spectators.
