Children in the U7 and U8 age groups will be coached tag rugby, which as stated by the RFU 'is a fast-moving, non-contact invasion game suitable for boys and girls to play together. The key of the game is enjoyment, with running and handling skills to the fore.' We are offering Tag Rugby as a good introduction, which provides the core rugby skills; these will benefit children as they move up the age groups.

All children in the U9 - U14 age groups will receive age appropriate coaching. Areas covered will include; agility training, handling skills, kicking/catching high ball, tackling, ruck and maul, contact games and numerous small sided games. Children of all abilities are welcome - coaches will tailor the session to enhance the ability of experienced players but also develop the skills of beginners.
