South African hooker, Botha, also returns to the starting line-up to take the hooker shirt in place of the injured Tani Fuga. Injured in Quins' away Guinness Premiership game at Welford Road, Botha re- joins Ceri Jones and Mike Ross in the front row. Sadly, after an impressive performance last week against Scarlets, an injured James Percival is replaced in the second row by Ollie Kohn.

Strettle, who has been out of match action for Quins since being injured in the away Guinness premiership game against Worcester Warriors back in early October, will return to the starting XV in place of Ugo Monye, who is away on England Six Nations duty.

With Danny Care and Nick Easter also away on International duty with England, Andy Gomarsall starts at scrum half and Tom Guest takes the number 8 shirt.

After being injured in last weekend's final Heineken Cup pool game against Scarlets, Gonzalo Tiesi will be replaced at outside centre by De Wet Barry.

Nick Evans takes up the familiar fly half position after sitting at full back against Scarlets, replacing Chris Malone, who starts on the bench. Mike Brown returns at full back after being rested last week.
