We've added an extra bit of spice for this weekend's clash against Northampton Saints.
Not only will Quins be looking to continue their impressive winning record at the Stoop, along with looking to revenge the loss away to Saints in December, but we also welcome professional NFL cheerleaders to the Twickenham Stoop.
Not only will you be entertained by some top class rugby, you will also have the added delights of the Miami Dolphins and Tampa Bay Buccaneers cheerleaders, who have been released from duty on the sidelines of their own home American football teams, to entertain the crowd at the Stoop. Thanks to our drinks sponsor, Gatorade, the girls will be hitting the pitch at half-time to show the fans just how great American sport can be.
Why? Because this week is Super Bowl week - the very pinnacle of the American football calendar - and the girls want to share their passion for their sport with the UK. This year, for the first time ever, the ultimate match-up in gridiron is being shown live on BBC1 as well as Sky Sports 1, bringing America's number one sport to the homes of millions of British fans around the UK. The 43rd Super Bowl is this year being played at the Raymond James Stadium in Tampa - the home of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers girls who will be performing for you on Saturday.
And give those Tampa girls an extra special cheer, because on 25th October they will be gracing our shores once again - swapping the Stoop for Wembley, and cheering on their home team the Bucs, when NFL returns to London once again. In the meantime, brush up on your own American football knowledge in time for the Wembley game, by visiting www.CoachStilo.com, where the Coach will teach you everything you need to know.
Coverage of the Super Bowl starts from 11pm on BBC1 and 10pm on Sky Sports 1 on Sunday 1st February. www.NFLUK.com
Back to the rugby and Quins are unbeaten in their last five home games in all competitions since London Irish won 32-17 at the Stoop, in the EDF Energy Cup on 25th October.
Northampton Saints have won their last four matches since a 14-25 defeat at Bath in the Guinness Premiership on 27 December. The Saints have won two of their last three away encounters, although they have lost their last ten games away from Franklin's Gardens in the Premiership since a 10-9 victory at Leicester on 24th February, 2007.
