See how the Etihad Airways', Fly With The Best, Train With The Best competition winners got on at their exclusive behind the scenes training day at Harlequins' training ground

It was in pool 4 of the Heineken Cup last season that Quins and Scarlets faced each other, rather than as now in the LV= Cup (or the then Anglo-Welsh Cup), and on those two occasions Quins came away the victors, both at Stradey Park and at the Stoop.
This season's results in the Heineken Cup are more much more encouraging for the Welsh side, and a little more worrying for the London Club. A 24-12 victory over the French side Brive, then the 27-25 win at the Madejski Stadium, proved that they will be a difficult side to beat this Sunday at the Stoop.
With a handful of their players away on International duty, here are four of their players to watch :
Rob Higgitt
Quick-thinking centre Higgitt was named as Scarlets skipper for today's game. The 28-year-old North Walian signed in the summer of 2008 after a distinguished career with Bristol. Standing 6' 2", Higgitt was the scorer of the last try at the historic Stradey Park before the Scarlets left there last year.
Deacon Manu
New Zealand-born prop Manu has been in the form of his life this season, earning him a first call-up to the Fiji international set-up this autumn. Since his arrival in West Wales three years ago, the mobile 30-year-old has played more than 80 games for the Scarlets, scoring eight tries.
Richie Pugh
Wales cap Pugh is one of the UK's quickest flankers who loves to use his lightning pace in the open. A man with a world sevens title to his name, the 26-year-old joined the Scarlets this summer after a spell with Exeter Chiefs. Swansea-born Pugh made his name with Welsh region al side the Ospreys.
Morgan Stoddart
It's been a busy few weeks for flying back Stoddart. After several months out with injury, the 25-year-old flier made his comeback with semi-pro outfit Llanelli, appeared for the Scarlets in a Magners League clash at Connacht , and on Tuesday was called into the Wales squad as injury cover for Mark Jones.
