"I was really pleased with Saturday's win against London Irish at the Madejski Stadium. Irish haven't lost a home game this season since 20th September, when they lost to Bath, and since then they have been on a home winning streak, well, until Saturday when they lost to us. We have now kept a clean try sheet for two and a half games, which is impressive for any team.

"It wasn't the most exciting of games, but after going in at half time on a level score, we utilised on the territory and possession we had and won the game.

"Gloucester this Saturday is traditionally a tough fixture, and this weekend will be no exception. We will be looking to continue our impressive run of form at home, but we know we will have to be at the top of our game.

"Gloucester have a number of strong players. Their back row is very powerful, with the likes of Andrew Hazel and Luke Narraway. They have a number of lively backs, which includes Olly Morgan and Ian Balshaw at full back and Carlos Spencer, Olly Barkley and Ryan Lamb at fly-half; the big problem they have is which player to choose!

"There is no doubt that it will be an extremely exciting contest between two great sides and hopefully we can produce the form which we have done so far at home and keep climbing up the Guinness Premiership table."
