One lucky Quins fan is being invited to open the newly renovated Greene King IPA 'Quins Head' with Harlequins CEO Mark Evans and a Quins player at The Twickenham Stoop ahead of the match against London Irish on Saturday 31st October.
Harlequins and Official Beer sponsors, Greene King IPA, have been working on this project together and both parties have already made considerable investment in the new South Stand at the Stoop, one which they know will offer fans an all round better match day experience.
As part of the launch of the new look cask ale bar, Greene King IPA, the Official Beer of Harlequins, is inviting fans to enter an exclusive competition where the winner will cut the ribbon with Evans and a Quins squad member before the match against Irish. They'll also receive a pair of tickets to the game, a 2009/10 replica jersey and two cases of Greene King IPA.
The new Quins Head will feature a permanent cellar, larger serving space under the South Stand and a new marquee and beer garden for supporters to enjoy, along with fast pour capability, cutting down queue waiting time and getting fans back into their seats faster which will ensure no one misses any of the on pitch action.
Following the re-launch of the 'Quins Head', Mark Evans and a current squad member will host a Q&A with supporters inside the pub at 2pm.
To be in with a chance of rubbing shoulders with Quins stars such as Danny Care or Ugo Monye to open the new Quins Head simply answer the following question;
Where is Greene King IPA brewed?:
a) London
b) Bury St Edmunds
c) Newcastle
Fans wishing to enter should submit their answer, name and contact phone number to greeneking@fourcommunications.com.
Fans attending on the day can also submit their questions for the Q&A session being held in the Quins Head. To get your questions to the top of the pile, send your name and question to greeneking@fourcommunications.com.
