Harlequins is teaming up with its first ever Official Grooming Partner - The King of Shaves - to bring you exclusive offers and advice on grooming from the award winning British shaving company.
Founded by Will King in the depths of the last recession, The King of Shaves is number two only to Gillette in the UK. They boast a range of shaving oils, gels and other male grooming products including the first British designed, manufactured and engineered razor in over 100 years - the AZOR. The new razor is designed to offer men shaving simplicity and a closer, longer shave that importantly costs less.
After being made redundant from his marketing job, Will King seized upon his free time to develop a shaving oil inspired by his long-running battle with razor burn. Starting in his own kitchen, he developed his first bottled, labelled shaving oil and now, 16 years on, King of Shaves sells a product every 3 seconds across the world.
As part of the new agreement, King Of Shaves are currently developing a bespoke Harlequins Azor Razor in Quins colours and incorporating the Harlequin that the players and management will be given as well as being available in the Harlequins Merchandise Store for our supporters. They will also be helping to promote the Big Game 2 (Harlequins Vs Wasps, Twickenham Stadium, 27th December) through their sizeable UK database as well as adding to the matchday experience at the Twickenham Stoop by bringing the 'Battle Bus' down on various matchdays and offering supporters samples and some great prizes.
Harlequins CEO Mark Evans commented on the deal saying; "King Of Shaves are a dynamic, growing brand and we are thrilled that they are the first official grooming supplier to the club.
