Tom Guest and Mark Lambert have both been named amongst the replacements for the England Saxons, in the squad to face Argentina Jaguars on Saturday (ko 2.15pm, local time).
It will be Lambert's first cap at this level if he comes on from the bench.
Joe Simpson (London Wasps), Dan Cole (Leicester Tigers) and Matt Smith (Leicester Tigers) are all set to start, also being awarded their first cap at this level.
The young guns will join an experienced pack which includes six internationals: Nick Abendanon (Bath Rugby), Danny Cipriani (London Wasps), David Flatman (Bath Rugby), Shane Geraghty (London Wasps), Tom Varndell (Leicester Tigers) and Luke Narraway (Gloucester Rugby) have 31 caps between them.
The side, which will be captained by Bath Rugby's Stuart Hooper, also includesNeil Briggs (Sale Sharks) and England Sevens scrum half Micky Young who have been called up to the bench.
England Saxon's Head Coach, Stuart Lancaster said: "It is a great opportunity for the younger players to move on to the next stage. We have a good balance of experience and youthful talent in our squad and we are looking forward to Saturday.
"Argentina are a quality side and are a very passionate and proud team, they have had a good two weeks preparation for this match so it is important we focus on our preparation and get the basics right.
"We have talked all week about the standards we want to achieve. The Saxons have a great winning history but we must look to the here and now and that's facing a tough Argentina on Saturday and that is our only focus."
