Firstly, a huge thank you to everyone for your efforts at the Stoop yesterday - we couldn't have asked for anything more. Indeed, I would like to take this opportunity to thank everyone for their tremendous support throughout the season. From our sponsors and corporate partners to all the supporters in the stands - it is truly appreciated.
Our 22-23 defeat to Sale Sharks means that we have been relegated from the Premiership and will play in National Division One next season. The most important point to get across is that the club will survive. It is stating the obvious to say that this is not an ideal situation, which will set us back. However, we will focus all our efforts to ensure we come straight back up into the Premiership and that our stay in Division One is temporary.
Naturally, a number of things will have to change - for a start, our Season Ticket and gate entrance pricing will be different, as well as other parts of our sales products. We will be writing to all Season Ticket holders in the near future, providing them with revised details about the packages on offer for next season.
The last five years has seen us achieve substantial growth and development as a club that we can all justifiably be proud of. I hope and believe that the tremendous support that you have shown us over this season will remain and help us through the new journey we have to make.
I believe the 'Family Quins' to be in excellent health, live, kicking and ready to take on anything it has to face.
