When NEC Harlequins take on Munster in the Heineken Cup next Saturday (15th January), we will be encouraging supporters to join the good going campaign. good going aims to reduce traffic congestion and vehicle emissions, which is one of the biggest issues facing London.
Reducing these could make a real difference to the health and quality of life for everyone in the capital.
We would ask as many of the supporters as possible attending this match to choose the healthier option when travelling to the game at Twickenham, and to future matches at the Stoop.
We will be promoting the benefits of walking, cycling, using public transport, car sharing or using low emission vehicles in the matchday programme.
As part of Quins support for good going, new signing Geo Cronje, along with Andy Reay and Joe Mbu took time out from their busy training schedule to show their support for the good going campaign by test driving Richmond's Council's electric car.
