Following the mid-week win against Northampton Saints Quins travelled to Watford on Easter Monday knowing that it would be a tough game, a positive result was attainable and vital
Saracens came out with everything ready to throw at Quins, for Kieran Bracken it was his first home game of the season, returning from injury, and he made life exceptionally difficult.
Saracens scored three tries in the first half, running from all corners of the park, having a strong pack as a foundation to play off and maintaining possession Quins could do little to reply. As the half time whistle sounded Saracens were in a commanding 22-0 lead. Immediately following the restart Saracens once again ran in a spectacular try, sprinting round the Harlequins back line with such pace that we could not match.
The scoreline continued to go Saracens way until they reached the half century mark. It was then that Quins responded with a 74th minute try by ex-Saracen, Brendon Daniel followed by a try by David Barnes. This concluded the total points for the afternoon.
