The charity Winged Fellowship Trust is delighted to announce that NEC Harlequins and England legend Jason Leonard will be joining them for the 2004 WFT Charity Golf Tournament. This will take place on Wednesday 29th September at the St George's Hill Golf Club; one of most picturesque courses in the country.
Winged Fellowship Trust is a registered charity that provides holidays for disabled children and adults, and breaks for their carers at one of five centres throughout the UK. Almost a third of disabled people have not taken a break in the last 12 months, due to financial or physical constraints. Winged Fellowship Trust is aiming to raise £24,500 from this event, which will provide 70 week-long breaks for disabled adults and children.
The day will start with a complimentary coffee and Danish pastry, then after a shotgun-start round of golf, a four-course lunch will be served in The Dining Room at St George's Hill. Prizes will be awarded to teams and players for their golfing achievements on the day, and there will also be a luxury raffle and auction.
If you would like to join Jason for what promises to be an enjoyable round of golf then call the Winged Fellowship Trust ASAP. Entry is £180 per player or £720 for a team of four - why not get your company to enter a team? You can enter either as a team of four or individually, in which case you will be allocated to a team on the day.
