This event is exclusively for Season Ticket holders as part of the Season Ticket package. Due to the fact there are now 5,000 Season Ticket holders, unfortunately we cannot open this event to guests and we hope you appreciate our reasons for this.

A letter will be sent out to all Season Ticket holders early next week (w/c Monday 2nd August). This will include details of the BBQ, the pre-season friendly fixutre against Saracens on Friday 27th August, the London Double Header and for those of you that are club members, it will also include details of the international fixtures ballot. This form will have details of the Investec Challenge matches in November and the RBS Six Nations matches in the New Year, all at Twickenham.

The Season Ticket BBQ - Saturday 28th August

We invite you to join us in the East stand from 12.00pm for a BBQ meal and to meet and mingle with the Quins players. It's a great chance to meet some of the new signings and also to catch up with some of your favourite players from last season! There will be plenty of entertainment for the children and an opportunity to view and buy items from the new merchandise range. As always, some of the players will be modelling the new season's range!

To apply for your ticket for the BBQ, you must send us SPECIAL VOUCHER No. 2 from the back of your Season Ticket booklet (please don't send us Match Voucher No. 2!). We will then send you a ticket / food voucher for the BBQ to bring on the day. Please send in your vouchers with your name and address on the back by Tuesday 24th August so that we can know numbers for catering. (We're sorry but no-one will be able to turn up on the day as we won't have enough food for you all!!)

We look forward to welcoming you all to the Stoop on Saturday 28th August - perhaps having seen you at the Saracens game the night before!
