The schedule of events for the day is as follows:

11.30am - Guests arrive at Twickenham Stadium via hospitality entrance and proceed to the Upper North Tryline restaurant located in the Upper Tier of the North Stand.

12.15pm - Three course buffet luncheon of:

Course country pate with a red onion jam and homemade garlic and herb crostinis.

Warm tartlette of asparagus and dolcelatté with a lime and coriander hollandaise.

Steamed Scottish salmon with a watercress and cream sauce

Pasta with roast peppers, sunblushed tomatoes and basil

Buttered Root vegetables
Herb mashed potatoes

Apple and sultana crumble tart with cinnamon custard

Lemon meringue pie with berry coulis

Coffee

2.00pm - London Irish Vs NEC Harlequins

3.40pm - Return to the restaurant for an afternoon tea of:

Selection of sandwiches
Hot sausage rolls
Fruit cake
Tea and coffee

4.15pm - Saracens Vs London Wasps

7.30pm - Cash Bar closes
