With the West stand planning application approved two weeks ago (18th November) and building work set to begin on 3rd January with respect to this, the NEC Harlequins club office is moving. From Monday (6th December), the office will be based at the following address:
Richardson Evans Sports Pavilion
Despite the move, the office telephone (020 8410 6000), facsimile (020 8410 6001) and ticketline (0871 871 8877) numbers WILL remain the same.
However, the office move from the Stoop to Roehampton is taking place on Friday (3rd December) and the club expect the telephone lines to be down all day, but back up and running at the start of play on Monday. Furthermore, the clubs email system will be down for a period of time on Friday, whilst the server is transported to the new office.
The change in office location means that the ticket office at the Stoop will not be open during the week, though tickets will be available to purchase from Roehampton.
The club shop, located at the North end of the East stand at the Stoop, will remain open for business as normal during the week.
* NB - This is a temporary move, with the office heading back to the Stoop later next year.
During week commencing 22nd April Harlequins will launch an innovative, new Membership Scheme which will replace the existing Season Ticket Holder Programme. Further details of the scheme will be announced in due course.
