NEC Harlequins make six changes to the side that started against Worcester Warriors last weekend (2nd October) for this Saturday's (9th October) game against Gloucester at Kingsholm in the Zurich Premiership, kick-off 3.00pm.
Australian international and the clubs latest signing Matt Henjak starts at scrum half in place of Steve So'oialo. The other change in the back division sees Ugo Monye take over from Simon Keogh on the left wing, with Keogh dropping to the bench.
In the pack, summer signing Maurice Fitz Gerald makes his first start for Quins in the Premiership, replacing Jon Dawson at tight head prop. The other change in the front row sees Tani Fuga at hooker in place of Ace Tiatia, who is amongst the replacements. Roy Winters and Nick Easter replace Karl Rudzki and Luke Sherriff in the second and back row respectively.
Andy Dunne is out with a knee injury, so England Under 21 fly half Adrian Jarvis takes his place on the bench.
"We are fully aware of the trouble we are in at the foot of the Zurich Premiership table," said Mark Evans, NEC Harlequins Chief Executive. "Losing our opening five games has left us with a lot of work to do to get our season back on track. After our disappointing performance at Worcester, the squad have worked really hard this week in attempting to rectify the problems we have faced."
"However, playing Gloucester at Kingsholm is one of the toughest assignments in the Premiership. I have no doubt that they will be even more fired up and determined to get back to winning ways after their defeat at Bath last Saturday. Both physically and mentally, this will be a huge challenge for us but is one I believe we can conquer."
