South African scrum half Joost van der Westhuizen will take part in the Compass Group International 7's tournament being held at the Stoop on Friday 6th and Saturday 7th August. The former World Cup winner will be a member of the Samurai squad competing in the two-day event.
Saracens chances in the tournament have been boosted by the news that former French international Thomas Castaignede will be part of their squad.
In addition to the above, other players who have confirmed their attendance include Fijian legend Waisale Serevei, the star of the New Zealand sevens squad Amasio Valence, England sevens experts Henry Paul (Gloucester) and Ugo Monye (NEC Harlequins), as well as England World Cup winner Ben Cohen (Northampton Saints).
Tickets are now available for both days of the tournament. Adult seats cost £15 and £10 in the East and South stands respectively, with all Under 16 tickets costing £5.
