Despite only being on sale for a month, NEC Harlequins have already sold 3,000 Season Tickets for the 2002/2003 season and are well on course to smash all previous records. The club are now only 200 away from matching their total number of Season Ticket sales last season, which in itself was a success as it surpassed the previous years sales by 100%.
Such has been the demand for Season Tickets for the forthcoming campaign that Quins are considering putting a cap on sales once they reach their target of 4,000.
"The growth in Season Tickets over the last two years has been tremendously encouraging for the club," said Mark Evans, NEC Harlequins Chief Executive. "We are working hard to ensure that all our spectators and supporters can participate fully in a range of club activities, and we will continue to strive to provide excellent value for money for the whole family. Matchday at the Stoop has an atmosphere all of its own and with six sell-outs last season, word is clearly getting about."
All of next seasons packages, which start from as little as £75 - the best value Season Ticket of any Premiership Club - gives supporters the chance to reserve their own exclusive seat at every home Zurich Premiership League match and two home Parker Pen Shield fixtures over the 2002/2003 season.
Quins are promising supporters an exciting season of rugby, involving some of the biggest names in the sport, including Keith Wood, Will Greenwood, Dan Luger, Jason Leonard, rising star Nick Duncombe and new signing, former South African captain Andre Vos.
