The ticketing arrangements for the above tie are set out below. We are obliged to offer London Irish one third of each category of ticket and they have indicated that they will take up their full allocation. As you are aware, Season Tickets are not valid for the Cup but we do wish to give our regular supporters and members a chance to purchase tickets before they go on general sale. In order to effect this, the arrangements will be as follows:

Season Ticket Holders:

Please return Special Voucher Number 3 with your chosen method of payment and your name and address on the reverse by Tuesday 5th February 2002. This will secure your usual seat for the game. However please note that due to the rules of the competition we are allocating London Irish the East Stand blocks AG, AH and AJ. If that is where your seat is located, you will be relocated to a comparable seat at the other end of the stand. If you wish to order extra tickets (up to a maximum of two) then please fill in the application form on the reverse of the letter you will receive in the next couple of days (please note that these seats will probably be behind the posts).

Members:

Members are entitled to apply for up to two tickets using the application form on the reverse of the letter you will receive in the next couple of days. Again the deadline is Tuesday 5th February 2002 (please note that these seats will probably be behind the posts).

Natal Sharks Ticket Holders:

Supporters who hold a ticket for this match (kick-off 7.45pm on Tuesday 5th February 2002) will be entitled to purchase one ticket for the semi-final from the ticket office during the evening of the Natal game.

General Sale:

If there are any tickets remaining, they will be released and made available on the ticket hotline 0871 871 8877 from Monday 11th February 2002. There will be no online bookings for this game.

Prices:

East Stand (blocks AD, AE, AF) - £25 (no concessions)
West Stand - £20 (no concessions)
East Stand (all other blocks) - £20 (£5 concessions)
North, South, Dugout and East (rows A-D) - £10 (£5 concessions)

Will Season Ticket holders and Members please note that a letter and application form is being sent out to you, outlining the above arrangements, in the post (1st Class) today - Thursday 24th January 2002. If you do not receive this letter or know of any other Season Ticket holders / Members who have not received it by Wednesday (30th January 2002) then please call the club office on 020 8410 6000.
