NEC Harlequins make two changes to the starting XV that defeated Leeds Tykes 17-13 in the Powergen Cup last Saturday (21st December 2002), for tomorrow's (Saturday 28th December 2002) game against Bath in the Zurich Premiership at the Recreation Ground, kick-off 2.15pm.
Dan Luger returns to the starting XV for the first time since suffering a knee injury whilst playing for the England Sevens squad back in April, and he replaces Ben Gollings on the left wing. The other change sees Rob Jewell come in for Matt Moore on the right wing.
"I am delighted to be back in the team," said Luger. "It has been a hard road back to full fitness and I would like to thank the fitness and medical teams at both Quins and England, who have got me back to full fitness two months ahead of schedule. I am looking forward to pulling on the Quins shirt again and hopefully giving our supporters something to cheer about."
"It is good to have Dan back fit again and we all hope it goes well for him tomorrow and for the rest of the season," said Mark Evans, NEC Harlequins Chief Executive. "It will be a tough game down at Bath. They had a good win at London Wasps last weekend, and with the likes of Mike Catt and Iain Balshaw back to full fitness they will be a difficult team to play against."
