Care to continue as England Under 20s captain

Congratulations to Danny Care, who has once again been named as captain of the England Under 20s team for their game against Wales Under 20s at Newport tomorrow (Friday 16th March), kick-off 7.40pm.
However, there is no place in the team for Seb Jewell, whose place at fly half is taken by Luke Conzens of Bath.
