Due to the recent prolonged period of wet weather, the Rosebine car park located next to the Twickenham Stoop will be CLOSED this Saturday (10th March) when NEC Harlequins face London Wasps in the Guinness Premiership, kick-off 3.00pm.
As a result of this, the club have arranged with the RFU for the North Stand car park at Twickenham Stadium to be open. This can be accessed via Whitton Dene road - an interactive map of the area, highlighting where this is in relation to the Stoop, can be found by clicking
here.
Those season ticket holders who qualify for free car parking will be allowed to park in the North Stand car park free of charge, though they will need to show their season ticket as proof - so having this ready as you arrive will help. For everybody else, Quins standard car parking charges will apply, which are as follows:
Single occupancy - £8
Two people in a car - £5
Three or more people in a car - £3
Given that the Stoop is a 15 minute walk from the North Stand car park, the club would advise those supporters planning on using it to allow for this extra time when planning their journey.
Please note that vehicles must be vacated from the North Stand car park by
8.30pm on Saturday evening. Owners that fail to remove their vehicles by the alloted time will be subject to a
£200 tow away fee due to the RBS Six Nations Championship game between England and France taking place on Sunday at Twickenham stadium.
In addition to the North Stand car park at the RFU, parking will be available at Richmond College located next to the Stoop at a cost of £5 per car, regardless of whether or not you are entitled to complimentary parking.
NEC Harlequins would like to apologies for any inconvenience caused by this arrangement and thank you for your co-operation.
