The 23 year old back row player has made a number of starts for Quins this season, putting his name on the score sheet against Leeds Carnegie in September.
Guest is looking forward to the challenge:
'It is a real honour to be selected to play for England in Dubai, and with it being my first time playing in an England shirt, it will be an experience I will never forget.
I am flying over to Dubai on Saturday and looking forward to a fantastic atmosphere out there.'
A talented young player, Guest has been tipped by some to be a future England number 8, and with Quins' star David Strettle receiving a full England call up after playing in Dubai, Guest seems to be going in the right direction.
The Dubai 7s tournament kicks off on 31st November. England will be looking for revenge against last year's winners South Africa, when the 2007 World Cup finalists come face to face on Day 1.
