A squad that boasts over 20 Welsh capped players, including the likes of Gavin Henson, James Hook, Mike Phillips, Shane Williams and 5 other Joneses, will come face to face with our very own England stars Easter, Strettle, Gomarsall and Brown.
Ospreys have lost back-to-back matches at Gloucester and at home to Leinster, but have won three times away to English teams in the pool stages of the EDF Energy Cup: at Bristol, Bath and Worcester.
Although losing away to Gloucester last Saturday, Quins were boosted by the knowledge that they put up a fighting performance against the Premiership leaders, a team which has really hit form.
Only one result can take Harlequins to the last four of the EDF Energy Cup - a five match points to nil victory over Ospreys. Should the Londoners fail to get a bonus point win, or if Ospreys manage to tally a single bonus point, the Welshmen will go to the Millennium Stadium.
The two sides have met just twice before in the pool stages of the 2004/05 European Cup, with Ospreys taking both legs, 24-7 at Swansea and 46-19 at the Stoop. This time, Quins are looking to send Ospreys back to Swansea empty handed, and head for Cardiff and the Millennium Stadium for the semi finals on Saturday March 22 2008.
Quins v Ospreys, Sunday 2nd December 2007, kick off 3.10pm.
