Indeed, we would expect the postal strike to also have an impact on merchandise Mail Order purchases that are made over the coming days, so please be patient if these do not arrive within our standard lead time.

It is expected that the fulfillment of all season tickets that have been purchased to date will not be completed until Friday 10th August. Therefore, if you have not received your season ticket by Wednesday 15th August, then please call the ticket office on 020 8410 6000 for an update.

Included within the season ticket packs will be booking forms for the London Double Header taking place at Twickenham Stadium on Saturday 15th September, when Quins face London Irish in their opening Guinness Premiership match of the campaign, followed by London Wasps versus Saracens.

When you redeem your Double Header ticket, you can also book additional adult tickets at half price for your family and friends; booking forms need to be returned to the ticket office at the Stoop by Friday 7th September.

This year, new seating arrangements at Twickenham will enhance the derby atmosphere further with reserved areas for each of the four Clubs. Supporters will be able to book tickets to sit in the Quins area of the stadium; the best available seats within this area have been put on hold for season ticket holders and each ticket will entitle you to see over two and a half hours of Guinness Premiership rugby and enjoy a great day of entertainment at the start of the new campaign.

Like last year, the complimentary ticket you'll be entitled to will be graded depending on which season ticket category - Gold, Premier, Club, etc. - you have purchased; full details about this can be found on the booking forms.
