Harlequins are delighted to announce that forwards Ollie Kohn, Tom Guest and Chris Robshaw have all signed new contracts that will keep them at the Club until at least June 2010.
Second row Kohn joined Quins from Bristol in the summer of 2006 and became a key figure in the Quins pack during his opening season at the Club, making a total of 28 appearances. The 26 year-old then scored Quins opening try in the 35-27 victory over London Irish in the London Double Header at Twickenham on the opening day of the new league season (Saturday 15th September).
23 year-old Guest made his Quins debut in the friendly against the Natal Sharks at the Stoop on 10th February 2005. The back row forward has gone on to make 38 appearances for the Club to date, scoring nine tries in the process; the latest coming in the 39-15 victory over Leeds Carnegie at the Stoop on Saturday 22nd September.
After making his First XV debut during the 2005/06 season, a knee injury ruled out Robshaw from the entire campaign last season. However, back to full fitness the 21 year-old made his Premiership debut on the blindside flank against London Irish in the Double Header, having been part of the England Under 21 squad that competed in the 2006 Six Nations and World Championships.
"I am absolutely thrilled that they have all decided to commit their future to Quins over the next three years," said Dean Richards, Harlequins Director of Rugby. "All three players have had an outstanding start to the season and were key figures in the victories over both London Irish and Leeds."
"Retaining young and talented English players is extremely vital for the Club and we're starting to build a significant group of individuals who fit into this category. I think Ollie, Tom and Chris all have big futures in the game ahead of them, and I'm really excited about seeing them progress here at Quins for the foreseeable future."
