Wing Walker, who ran in 3 tries at the Rec, paid tribute to the hard work the club had put in during pre-season.
"We have really ramped up pre-season this year and I think the evidence was clear for people to see at the Rec two weeks ago, when we finished all three of our games much stronger than our opponents," said the 18-year-old, who will spend time on loan at Championship side Esher this year.
"Our fitness was superb but what I really liked was how we approached it as a team. We were given free rein by the coaches to go out and enjoy ourselves; they believed in us and it paid off.
"And that meant we played some really nice stuff; everyone is confident with ball in hand and we played with no restrictions and that was the key to the results."
Quins, who conceded just three scores while they racked up 15 tries in the opening round, know that they will take on Bath, Saracens and Wasps in the final with the last two finalists to be decided on Friday at Sale.
Walker is adamant that, despite it still being pre-season, he and his teammates will be gunning for the victory on home soil when the final kicks off next week.
"We are in this tournament to win it; we know how great a start to the season that would be for the whole club and it's a chance to get one over our Premiership rivals," he added.
"We know that the competition is only going to get tougher, but no one in this squad is afraid to try stuff out and our approach to the final will be the same as before."
Tickets for the final at the Stoop are just £10 for adults and £5 for children. They are available from the Quins ticket office on 0844 847 2492, Quins website or ticketmaster
