See how the Etihad Airways', Fly With The Best, Train With The Best competition winners got on at their exclusive behind the scenes training day at Harlequins' training ground

Paul played for Great Britain Students Rugby League at Full Back, so backs play and handling skills will be one of his mains areas of coaching.
For the first time since Duncan left, it feels like the playing side of the club has some real direction again. Even after only two fitness and two skills sessions, a clear structure is beginning to emerge and all players feel like they are learning something.
The Amateurs now have the facilities to allow for both outdoor and indoor training, which should prove beneficial throughout the coming campaign.
There will be two senior squads this year, with the first XV and the talented, but slightly less commitment demanding, Wildcats. The focus for the first XV will be winning the league. The Wildcats will play to win, but will also be about mates playing good rugby and enjoying themselves on and off the pitch, (as well as proving the odd point to the 1s!).
The club has put together an exceptional package this year with the aim of building a successful club. It will to be a great team to be part of, so, if you want to be part of something special, get yourself down there.
Training takes place at St. Mary's University, Waldegrave Road, at 7:30 pm Tuesdays and Thursdays. Come on down, join in; new players are always welcome. You will get some quality training, a great bunch of lads, and the chance to make your own little bit of Quins history.
