Rory Clegg, Mike Brown and Joe Gray were all in action for England Saxons in their final match of the Churchill Cup.
England Saxons claimed a sixth and final Churchill Cup title when they defeated Canada, 37-6. The final was the last Churchill Cup match, as Canada and USA become integrated into the global rugby calendar.
Quins Fly- half Clegg kicked three conversions and two penalties, and his beautiful cross field kick to Miles Benjamin saw the winger cross the line and put the Saxons out of sight against a hard-nosed Canada side. His impressive performance saw him walk away with the Man of the Match award.
Mike Brown continued his impressive form at full-back, leaving many people wondering why he hadn't been included in the England Rugby World Cup training squad. Joe Gray came off the bench in the second half, showing once again the young English talent that Quins has to offer.
England U20s
In Italy, Charlie Matthews and Sam Twomey were in action for England U20 against South Africa.
England U20 secured their spot in this season's IRB Junior World Championship semi-finals after a hard fought 26-20 win in Padova, Italy. South Africa were always within touching distance of Rob Hunter's men, but England's dogged defence and accuracy in the attack proved too much for the Springboks.
The win means England will face France in their semi, a side who they beat 19-8 in this year's 6 Nations, and will be hoping to secure their ninth consecutive win under Hunter.
