Darren Dawidiuk
Dawidiuk, now in his third season with Gloucester, is a man making the most of his opportunity in 2011-12.

With Scott Lawson away at the Rugby World Cup and new signing Matias Cortese currently sidelined with a knee injury, Dawidiuk has started the first two fixtures of the Aviva Premiership season and delivered two solid performances.

The 23 year old Cornishman, who joined Gloucester from the Cornish Pirates in the summer of 2009, has patiently bided his time in recent seasons but stepped up to the plate when required, playing his part in memorable wins over the Leicester Tigers and London Wasps, and scored the final try in the LV= Cup final win over Newcastle.

Tim Taylor
Nicky Robinson's summer departure to London Wasps signalled the start of a battle for the number 10 ten shirt at Kingsholm and Taylor has been the man in possession in recent weeks.

A former England U21 international and product of the Leicester Tigers Academy, he initially joined from Nottingham on loan until the end of the 2009-10 season but was quickly signed to a full time contract.

Earlier in his career he spent time in New Zealand, playing alongside Rico Gear for Nelson Bay as well deputising for Dan Carter at the Crusaders.

The Stoop holds happy memories for Tim, he kicked a match winning conversion with the final kick in an LV= Cup win in February 2010.

Jonny May
Jonny is one of the brightest prospects to have come through the Gloucester Rugby Academy in recent times and has started 2011-12 in fine style scoring a try in each of the first two games.

Jonny was selected for the England U20s squad that competed in the 2010 Six Nations and was chosen for the Junior World Cup squad for the tournament in Argentina.

Scored a try on his Guinness Premiership debut away at the Leicester Tigers and a memorable hat trick against Rovigo in last season's Amlin Challenge Cup.
