If you fancy getting your photo taken with the Amlin Challenge Cup, the Quins trophy will be on the stage in the Kings Bar for an hour and a half before kick-off. Make sure you bring along your camera and there may be a special appearance from a Quins favourite.
Don't forget to pop into the Quins shops and pick up the new O'Neills replica shirt for the new season, or check out the players' new training kit which is now available to buy.
There will be no Mighty Quins Village, but face painters will be walking around the stadium so make sure you are showing your colours.
When Harlequins run out onto the pitch, the club will have celebrated its 3 millionth person to have come through the gates of the Mighty Stoop since the 1997-1998 season, the year Premiership rugby was formed and just shortly after the game went professional. There will be a half time presentation for the lucky fan!
Once the action on the pitch is over don't forget to head over to the Kings Bar where Stoop favourites, The Slaves, will be entertaining all fans with some classic rock.
Due to engineering works there will be no trains stopping at Twickenham Station on Saturday. Fans are advised to take the train to Hounslow Station, where a bus service will be available. If you decide to walk, it should take no more than 20 minutes. Click here for more details.
Tickets are still available so make sure you have your seat booked!
