A new and progressive high profile programme that is based in the heart of inner city estates targeting young people at risk of exclusion and anti social behaviour. Introducing them to tag, touch and contact rugby; we will utilise rugby's unique ethos and the assets of the sport's leading brands and players to provide:

• Personal and social development programmes.
• Educational support and vocational training programmes.
• Workforce development and volunteering opportunities.

Programme Vision - To create safer, stronger, more respectful communities through the development of young people's potential.

Hitz project officer, Warren Abrahams, commented on the success of the London Double Header:

"The London Double Header was a great success for our Young People. We started the day with a coaching clinic at Redlees Park to prepare us for the Tag Rugby Tournament on the Twickenham turf. All the Hitz Project participants from across the London Boroughs had an exceptional day, the behaviour was top class. The comments from the Young People was magical and I personally believe it's a memory these students will endeavour for the rest of their lives."
