Will Skinner will captain the side which has seen a number of players gaining valuable experience in the Aviva Premiership and LV=Cup so far this season.

Four of England's U20 squad members will start this evening, in the form of Kyle Sinckler, George Merrick, Sam Twomey and Charlie Walker, partnered with a former England U20, Rob Buchanan at Hooker. Jack Clifford will hope to join them shortly on return from injury.

With a few injuries in the front row department, Tom Bristow (Dorking) and James Gethings (Esher) have been called in to the Harlequins squad for the game. They are also joined by Harlequins Academy EPDG schoolboys Harry Ledger (Whitgift), Harry Sloan (Skinners) and Henry Taylor (Cranleigh).

After two strong performances in the LV=Cup, Richard Bolt and Rory Clegg make up the half backs, with Charlie Walker, Ben Urdapilleta, Matt Hopper, Tom Williams and Ross Chisholm completing a back line, which brags blistering pace and skill.
