Joshua Ibuanokpe (Prop, Dulwich), George Taylor (Centre, KCS Wimbledon), George Jones (Fly-Half, Whitgift), Stanley South (Lock, Stanley Park), Charlie Piper (Hooker, Hurstpierpoint) and Charlie Bramhall (Wing, Reigate GS) have all been selected in the England U16 North and South squads. They will take part in the Wellington College International festival in early April playing against representative sides from Canada, France, Holland, Belgium, Wales, Scotland and the USA.
James Chisholm (Back Row, Brighton College), youngest brother of Harlequins Full-Back Ross, will be representing England at U17 level versus Ireland and France.
At England U18 level, Jordan Burns (Scrum Half, Epsom), Henry Taylor (Scrum Half, Cranleigh) and Harry Sloan (Centre, Skinners) have all been selected for the Clubs and schools side. All three have been involved with Harlequins A team this season and are part of the Elite Player Development Group (EPDG). They will take on their Irish U18 counterparts on Saturday 14th April. It is likely that the Ireland side will also include another Quins Academy youngster in Frankie Taggart (Back row, Whitgift).
We wish them all the best and look forward to following their progress.
