Harlequins had a unique schedule of training this week when they teamed up with Guildford Heat (Basketball), Surrey Storm (Netball) and the Great British Women's handball team.
The training sessions were about learning alternative skills that can transfer across and be used in rugby.
After the sessions with Guildford Heat and Surrey Storm,Harlequins took time to show the women's Great British handball team how to play rugby. The coaches and players showed the Olympic hopefuls passing kicking and tackling drills, before the Quins player were shown the ropes in handball, Europe's most popular female sport.
Speaking of the week's events, Olly Kohn said: "It was really good learning new skills outside of rugby that can easily be transferred across. I think all the lads enjoyed trying out the new sports, but I think we'll stick to playing rugby."
