Harlequins' Prop Will Collier talks you through the perfect line-out lift

Head coach Hunter said: "We're happy with where we are as a side. We learnt a lot of tough lessons against France last weekend and we'll be looking to bounce back against what is a very organised, good quality Irish side.
"Ireland are going for the Grand Slam but our focus is on ourselves, we've got things that we need to fix up as we build towards the IRB Junior World Championship. Saying that, we know what is at stake for both teams on Friday, but the main motivation is to perform better than we did last week."
