Anyone taking on a challenge and joining the team will help to raise money to support people living unimaginably tough lives in the UK and across the world's poorest countries. This includes Premiership Rugby's groundbreaking social inclusion project Hitz which works with young people throughout England who are at risk of social exclusion and anti-social behaviour to support them into volunteering, education, apprenticeships and employment.

So far, Harlequins players have already helped comedian, Frank Skinner, to train for his Sport Relief swim today and Chris Robshaw has this week ran the Sport Relief Mile in Abu Dhabi watch this space for more players taking on a Sport Relief Challenge over the next few months.
