The 20-year-old, who attended Chislehurst and Sidcup Grammar School, has previously represented England at U16 and U18 levels.

"I have seen Harry play over the past few years and he has always impressed," said Harlequins Academy Manager Tony Diprose. "A new start at Harlequins will be great for him and I have no doubt he will look to push our current hookers for the team's number two shirt."

Commenting on signing for Harlequins, Allen said: "I am really excited to be joining the club. The setup and style of play really suits me. This is a great opportunity for me and I am looking forward to developing as a player under the Harlequins coaching staff."
