Danny Care has been named in Stuart Lancaster's England side to face South Africa in the third and final test this Saturday at the Nelson Mandela Bay Stadium.
The game, which is being broadcast live on BBC5live and Sky Sports, will be Care's first full international test since the 2011 Rugby World Cup warm-up against Wales.
Joe Marler has been named on the bench and will cover Alex Corbisiero.
