On October 20th, Harlequins will travel to Galway to face Connacht and will hope to have better luck after the Irish side inflicted a narrow 9-8 victory over the London side last season to deny them a quarter-final place.
In rounds three and four, the Premiership champions will have back-to-back encounters with Italian Heineken Cup debutants Zebre. On Saturday December 8th, Harlequins will travel to the Stadio XXV Aprille to face the Parma based club and one week later, on Saturday December 15th, the Twickenham Stoop will host the return leg with a 15:00 kick-off.
Fixture dates and times for rounds five and six will be confirmed after the completion of round four.
